About the Course

This course is designed to put into perspective “what is really important” to have a successful practice. Over the course of this 3-hour session examples of protocols and policies will be provided, as well as templates on how to place employment ads to attract desirable employees. We will discuss the costs related to hiring and training new team members. We will also discuss all that is involved in obtaining new patients, and what are the successful dental practices doing to maintain and keep their existing patient base? No practice management course would be complete without discussing Key Performance Indicators, and national averages will be discussed, but this is KPIs with a twist – what comes first – the dental team, the patient or the numbers?

Educational Objectives:

  • Discover the psychology behind obtaining and retaining great patients.

  • How to create better marketing and patient education.

  • When to “fire” a patient. Remember “if you permit it, you promote it”

  • Examine what “really” is a “healthy dental practice?”

  • Learn the parameters of doing business in Dentistry in 2025.

  • Determine the many ways “the dental team” and “the patients” have everything to do with the KPIs.
